This is so sad. I rarely want to go a child’s birthday party or a baby shower, but I show up with a smile on my face and a gift in my hand. It’s not about me - it’s about the person who we are celebrating. Everyone deserves to be celebrated and it breaks my heart when people don’t go to a child’s party. You don’t even need to stay for the whole thing! Make an appearance, ffs.
