Really struggling with my anxiety recently especially going out with my little girl. Last summer id take her to parks and all sorts on my own but this year id rather sit at home. Feel like im failing her as i see many friends take their kids out, i financially cant afford to spend loads on going places as everything seems expensive and petrol it all adds up!!!
All my friends work, my sisters mostly busy and my mum works....i just feel like im on my own but know i need to do more.
Any advice? Anyone else randomly feel the same? Im abit lost to be honest dont know how to motivate and get out of this vicious circle
❤ most definitely, I'm just overthinking everything at the minute I suppose x
Nothing wrong with sitting at home! If you don't feel up to it then that's that! Don't feel bad about it. Sofa, blanket and TV!
When you do feel up for it, maybe plan one day to do something. Something simple like play park or a walk, doesn't have to be anything big. There's loads of nice things you can do at home together. These little cup cake kits are always a nice thing to do.
Even do little things like colouring in, cutting out and sticking down. These are really simple and fun things you can do together and they will.help her fine motor skills x
Thankyou I always just feel bad, i know shes none the wiser. I went to home bargains yesterday and did buy her loads of craft stuff and sticker books, so I do stuff like that. I think theres always so much pressure to do so many things, I think because of lockdown I couldnt do anything and now I can, I just have no motivation!
My sister rang me not long ago actually and suggested we go to the beach today and go out for tea so I'm snapping myself out of it and going! I also think since separating from my ex has took a toll because he has 2 kids and we would take them all out on a friday night and during the day on a Saturday, I kinda miss that I suppose!
Yes your right and I need to stop bullying myself ha x
@ms_lizzy it's so easy to be hard on yourself. I used to make myself feel awful seeing pictures on fb of people doing nice things with their kids and I would be sat at home in my jammies not wanting to move! Taking kids out and about isn't easy!
Have a great time with your sister!
@mrsbodell yes definitely I had s good 2 months break off social media for that exact reason!!
Thankyou I'm sure I will x
need suggestions....
So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.

Overall whats everyones thoughts on this. Me personally I dont mind lgbt .but to teach it I feel like is a waste . I can teach my own children that if they ask or even wanna know
I bit the bulletin and bought a few bikini tops. I haven’t worn a bikini top since before having kids but I’m doing it this year. I’ve been working so hard on myself with working out and eating better. I’m also just feeling more comfortable in my own skin. I have some saggy skin and stretch marks but ya know what I’ve seen worse at the beach haha. I’m proud of myself for this!! I’m owning my belly this summer!!! F it ya know?

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Happy mummy is a happy child, doesnt matter where you are just as long as you're spending time with her xx
