My horses on Mom app

they are mostly but they require a lot of maintenance. Hoof cleaning and trimming, brushing, keeping their mane combed, teeth floated, dewormer, and then you have to have a lot of different random medications on hand for just in cases. 1 or 2 horses wouldnt seem like as much but with 22 it's a lot of time to do all this and you're more at risk of having wounds and infections lol they are awesome animals but they are also very expensive to keep and manage if done properly. We have 3 stallions that are now of the age to be gelded and it's going to be between $200-$500 each 🥴 we run a summer camp so we actually use all these horses for barrel running (or walking for the little kids lol) and trail rides 🙂 they are really awesome and beautiful to have tho

@countrypeaches42013, wow!!! I change my mind lol I don’t want no horses that sounds like a lot of work. Maybe when my kids get older and and I need something to do.

had a vet cone out to geld 2 stallions and had him look at one of our mares who has a tumor and he was able to easily remove it. Cost $1400 🥴
