Клео температура 103.8 - что делать? Советы!

Cleo’s had a fever all night… 103.8 was the highest..

Anybody have any suggestions to help her a little? Her temp right now is 99.8. But it keeps going up and down.. I know baths, not to warm. And then the on and off Tylenol/ ibuprofen.

Both kids are stuff and have a cough too.

I swear this year we’ve been sick every FREAKING MONTH!! We cannnot catch a break… ughh 😩
