Is soy formula milk better than enfamil formula (cows milk)?
Im trying to be vegetarian and dont want my 3 month old drinking cows milk anymore. Would it be okay to switch??

I’m the opposite, I could never get anything when expressing 🤦🏻♀️ took me an hour to get a couple of oz. Good luck though, anything you can do is great xx
