So I’m 25 weeks pregnant with a boy and my down stairs area hurts so bad like I can hardly walk or switch positions in the night cuz it hurts so bad does anyone know how to help me

I hurt so bad! When i sit down i feel as if im pushing baby boy back up out of the canal or something it hurts so bad! Im thinking about going in to the doctor.. But idk
