Lilah seems to wake up with blood on her lips we think shes biting it in her sleep cause it only happens during the night. How can i stop it if i can ?

I need help with my dog! She got off her chain today and when she came back she had a huge gash on her inner thigh of her back leg. It is bloody and super gross. You can see the meat in her thigh. Nobody can get her in tonight and the places that can first thing tomorrow want like $1000. I don’t have that kind of money, at all! What can I do for her? *picture in comments*

Her helmet she got so she can be safe (as she told me) when she rides her bike and scooter lol
I have a one year old with lices and i didnt now some girls she was playing with had them and now she has some i dont now if i should take her so i can get medicine for the lies and i just check her and she has a alot and it bothers me that she straches her self ... has any one had a problem what can i use ??

My eldest has this aswell, they dry out when they sleep. Just have to put loads of vaseline/lip balm on them before bed xx
