Normal discharge is clear/white but sometimes different medications can affect it differently. Typically green discharge is indicative of some type of infection. I would ask your doctor to rule out infection. If you are digitally checking yourself frequently, you should be washing for 60 seconds with unscented antibacterial soap beforehand. Anything with fragrance and such can modify your pH and introduce harmful bacteria into your vagina.
