Pediatricians get cases full of formula for free. They kept trying to give it to me when I had my babies but I declined. Call around because I’m sure they have plenty to give.

His pediatrician had none of the ar but did tell us we can use similac if it came down to it. I’m hopeful to find some by the end of the week🙏🏼

This one is a little expensive but try goats milk.
I’m still breastfeeding so if I have to go to it I will ask her doctor about it. My daughter is only 1m

also if you are EBF, it might be better to look into milk banks instead of switching to formula

no I’m not cus I was trying to then I was thinking I’m starving my daughter so I stopped but I’m doing better feeding her I’m making more milk

we use the ready made formula and haven’t had much luck getting it. Fortunately, we are at the point of transitioning to cows milk so we’ve been slowly mixing with the formula we have.

I saw some similac cans today at my grocery store. If you want to message me I’d be willing to ship some to you if needed. But yes contact pedi in the morning. Depending on how old they are they can have cows milk over 6 months according to CDC.

@preciouslove, nope. They have actually said not to dilute cows milk or formula. However if you’re giving cow milk he should only have 24oz max per day. Also ask pedi about toddler formula since he’s almost one. I haven’t heard of a shortage on that but pedi should have samples to give out!

@preciouslove, also like 70,000lbs of formula has just arrived in the US from Germany and will be distributed to hardest hit areas so hopefully y’all are some of the first to get it

I’m hoping so we found one can from a friend and we’ve only been doing bottles at bed and nap so it’s helping to ration it out. He’s doing good so far but hopefully we can get some in so many moms are struggling here🙁
