I work for a broker. It’s best going through a broker and not an agent. Definitely don’t try to buy without one. Also my broker is giving everyone the advise not to buy right now. Houses are too over priced and they are predicting a housing market crash soon.

Realtors don’t go into all of the interest rates on different loans. So make sure you know what rates you are going to actually get.
