Gotta question?? What do you if you request a ultrasound from your doctor or another doctor an all they want to do is blood work or a mri an ct scan been 94 days since my last period my stomach is getting alittle bit more noticeable an your feet swell up but no morning sickness or craving just having light cramps or sharp pains in the uo part of my stomach an side of my stomach
Yep my fiance has been going to every appointment with me an when I called the next day back in March to get my results the lady was like sorry but I cant read them I can't tell you if they are good bad or in between that went on for a couple days so I had my fiance call an the gave him the results but never verified my name or date of birth or his name
@palmernicole0338, yep, I’d be searching for new doctor!
@massmomma16 that's the second doctor to do that the first one told me to quit my rugbe classes which I don't do
If your prolactin is high and not pregnant then they are doing an MRI to see if you have a tumor on pituitary gland. If you were pregnant it would have showed in blood work.
That's the crazy thing about it all all my other blood work for everything is comes normal an I didn't know that my pituitary gland levels were elevated alittle at all till a month later cause when I called to get my results they said everything was normal an nothing out of the ordinary they just said go come back for a follow up blood work
I've had tried getting into another doctor an they said that they need all my blood work from my other doctor an the they would look over it an set up appointment to do more blood work or any other test
@palmernicole0338, it might take time to get records transferred and you have to sign off on them. So call current doctor and get records then take them to the new doctor for review.
@palmernicole0338 pregnancy is calculated from the first day of the last period, has it been 94 days since your last period ended or 94 days since day one of your last period? Either way, swelling of feet would be a concern so early in pregnancy. The CT would show what's in your uterus, so it wouldn't make sense for them to do an ultrasound and a ct. Even at 13-16 weeks, the fetus is pretty formed it would have been picked up. A miscarriage would still register in the hcg blood work because the hcg would have still risen, even if the pregnancy wasn't viable. If you don't trust the doctors, best thing would be to see a different one. Yes, each woman's body react differently to pregnancy, but for the most part, it's pretty standard, all your symptoms are what would be referred to as "presumptive" pregnancy signs, because you can experience all of them outside of pregnancy. Try to see a different doctor to ease your mind
@mujerstillregal no I have not the only blood work results I have are from the hospital when I went for sharp pain in the upper part of my stomach an when I was bleedjnf for two days then stopped
@mujerstillregal I'm going in the morning for my results for my MRI an Im gonna ask to get copies from March an April an my fiance isn't very happy either for the way the doctors are treating me
I would find out why they are requesting these and not doing the ultrasound. It's ok to talk to your doctors. I wouldn't expect my feet to swell at 3 months pregnant though, so I would rule that out as a symptom. Did the doctors do a blood test for pregnancy, or did they have you pee onna stick? A blood test is usually not wrong about pregnancy
I had a app on my phone an out in my last period was an it was saying I would have been 4 months pregnant 16 weeks along if I was pregnant
@palmernicole0338 yeah, hcg is what they check for pregnancy, it's always present in our bodies, but the levels increase greatly during pregnancy. A CT scan of the pelvis would show a pregnancy if present. 94 days is 13 weeks and 3 days
@mujerstillregal it's been 94 days since my last actual period the report the doctor gave me of the CT scan shows everything to normal an functional like they should but never showed me the CT on the computer or screen like normal doctors do the haven't done any ultrasound to verify if I had a miscarriage or not to see if anything is left behind or to see if there is a heartbeat or was a heartbeat I've had a couple of friends of mine an they was telling me that each women's body reacts to pregnancy differently than other women
They have to have a positive test before they’ll do an ultrasound usually
Ive a had two home positions pregnancy test an the rest been negative an the ones at doctors have been negative talk another an she said it might be a viable pregnancy after Ive been told it's was a chemical pregnancy an miscarriage
@palmernicole0338, either way you should go into your doctor and see what they suggest
@supermomof4 have been going to this nurse practitioner an she has done blood work an a MRI on my brain to see what was causing my pituitary gland levels to be evaluated than normal an she was like it could have been a chemical pregnancy I did talk to a nurse at the women's care about getting into a obgyn or GYN an she was like you gotta have a positive beta test before you can been seen by a obgyn or GYN
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Someone definitely should have called if it showed high level. Unfortunately, we have to be our own advocates but people should even with good doctors and nurses because at the end of the day they are human too and can miss things.
