Struggling mentally and physically with the break up from my relationship. Barely eaten or slept in weeks. I feel exhausted and no energy, i try eat and i cant eat a full meal, does anyone know any nutritional drinks i can get so at least my body is getting something. I even ordered my favourite take away last night and left most of it

I dont know if this will work for you but i always give myself a talking to. I say to myself right youre sad, and this is the last day im going to allow myself to feel sad. Cry etc do everything you need to and get it out, but then tell yourself youre going to sleep and when you wake up tomorrow youre moving on. There is only ever one you, and you have one life. How long do you want to dwell on a man. Your daughter needs you to show her mummy is a proud happy independent woman basically. Go to work, surround yourself with people and make new memories with your daughter. Time will pass and you will feel way better promise xx

Thankyou. Like I've had break ups before but I'm finding it more difficult because I'm a mum and have to stay strong around her so I find it harder

Your right though I've opened up to friends today and theyve made plans for us to do things over the weekend and booked a mini break away next month ❤❤
