My daughter barely wears nappies as shes nearly there with toilet training but ive noticed a kind of nappy rash but its spots no rash. Not chickenpox as shes recently had them. Has anyone else had anything similar? Usually her nappy rash is literally a sore bum not spots

Ella always has a spotty bum and she’s been in pants for ages, I’m not concerned tho but if u are get it checked x
