Got our offer accepted! Inspections happens tomorrow and we are looking at a move in date around the end of may! So happy there are so many things I love about this house! Needs ALOT of updates but so excited for this next step!

Awesome! So glad you guys found a great home! People are all wound up about interest rates, but you can always refinance. We bought our first home at 4.35% and later refinanced to 2.25% and paid it off 16 years early.
