Has anyone with PCOS used Premom ovulation kits ?
I currently have the app and that’s how I’m keeping track. But my numbers are up and down. So frustrating 😩🥺

do you have irregular periods? maybe try a different way as we ovulate then stop then ovulate & so on. check your cervix if its clear then when you’re ready to do it
