Morning guys,
My little boy has a very high temperature and I've been giving him paracetamol to bring it down. He doesn't have no other symptoms so this is unusual for me to see. What else could I do to help him ?
Must be something going round as my son has had the same thing since friday morning. Constant high temperature that keeps coming back when the calpol wears off. Just dont let them get too hot with blankets and things and offer lots of water to keep them hydrated. And lots of cuddles 💕 xx
