Lately I’ve been wanting to lose weight. I just don’t know where to start?

@reginaoro, i wouldn’t focus on what your eating since your just starting out I would focus on how much , try to stick to 3 meals 2 snack and serve yourself less than you would usually have like if you serve yourself 2 scoops of rice try 2 and fill your plate with filling veggies
Work on portion control, track your calories, eat healthy stuff. Things like that. I use my fitness pal to keep track of what I eat.
@caffeinequeen. Agree! Losing weight is 90% what you eat according to my doc. Exercise tones and helps your cardiovascular system but it's almost all intake of calories versus output of calories.
