@reginaoro, i wouldn’t focus on what your eating since your just starting out I would focus on how much , try to stick to 3 meals 2 snack and serve yourself less than you would usually have like if you serve yourself 2 scoops of rice try 2 and fill your plate with filling veggies
@caffeinequeen. Agree! Losing weight is 90% what you eat according to my doc. Exercise tones and helps your cardiovascular system but it's almost all intake of calories versus output of calories.
I have the app but i just tend to forget about it. Like it’s really hard for me to even eat healthy. I love chicken so i eat a lot of chicken. It’s also hard when my partner wants a different type of food compare to me trying to get healthy
