if I might ask what is the reason for getting this done? Symptoms? I almost did over a year ago. They said I was anemic and my doctor had me rush to go to a GI doctor because she thought I was bleeding internally somewhere and losing tons of blood. Was told by the GI doctor I need to get a upper GI done. But then told me he wanted me to go to a hematologist first to see if I needed an iron infusion. Hematologist agreed with me it was from my heavy periods. So I'm glad I didn't rush getting the upper GI done for no reason.
