When will I hear about my child starting school?
What month did you all hear back about your child starting school?
We were told earliest wed hear is February and latest is july.
But im getting so impatient waiting 😭😂

For school nursery it was June and for reception it’s April x

April seems so far away 😭😂 I'm too impatient, even though I know knowing any sooner won't make a difference 😂

Just seen you've nursery aged children. April is for school reception. I'm unsure in nurseries I think they can set their own time frames.

ahh okay, it's not private nursery by the way, it's government funded attached to a school if that makes sense 😂

ah yeah I know what you mean. I can't remember with mine as my oldest was private. Youngest was through school nursery but they rang me saying they could take him on earlier.

My son started nursery in September, I found out his place after I applied in may. But the nurseries around by me will take children the term after they turn 3. So they may tell you sooner x

you should find out around the same time I did then. It could be earlier though. I think they have to get the reception places out first before they do nursery x

When mine started at a gov funded school we found out In April ready for their start in September x

Also my nursery we didn’t apply through the government website we applied through school and then when they are ready to change to reception we had to apply through the government website x
