(I’m In HR) Start with what you currently do, highlight strengths, conclude with goal. “My name is Jane, I am currently an admin assistant at Corp Tech. I have developed excellent problem solving skills and excel In customer service. I am passionate about learning new skills and growing as a person professionally and personally. I am hoping to expand my skills, knowledge and expertise here at (company)”

One thing I was told to always highlight about myself to get the job you're applying for is to tell them you are passionate about exploring a career at said job, whether it's the particular role or that company itself. Even if it's not your dream job, tell them that it is. And as others said, your skills, goals and attributes. Always tailor your answers to their questions around that particular role.
