Ello my lovelies how are you on this super Sunday?! What’s on the agenda??
Let’s talk hair. Since the great 16 inch plus chop 💇🏼♀️ my hair is taking a bit longer to grow, but coming back thick and healthy 🙌🏻
I’ve switched up the shampoo and conditioner I use now time to invest in a hair oil. Who uses masks? Oils? Detanglers? What do you love and what helps? Do you take supplements? Thanks in advance xoxo
I’ve also heard using a mask is good for your hair but I’ve never done it.
@mommiesgoneabitmad, yes I didn’t realize the toll it was taking on my hair
@caffeinequeen, crazy ehhh?! Watch and see the difference it continues to make
I don't use any extras on my hair. I try not to be rough with it by pulling it up too tight, I keep it trimmed. A hairdresser told me one of the things that's hardest on hair that people do is pulling it up in a bun wet and it can't dry properly at night. I think it comes from within with hydration, healthy fats, good rest, etc. :)
@caffeinequeen I used to do it all the time at bedtime and she said it actually gets mildewy in there. I don't know if that's scientifically correct, but I make sure it's dry now.
I used to use coconut oil a lot and sometimes mash an avocado with it. It made my hair sooooooo healthy and shiny!
