Am I finally pregnant after trying for 21 months?

I’m back after a year off to announce I’m finally pregnant!! 21 months of trying for our 3rd baby. A years worth of doctor appointments, blood work, HSG, 2 analysis, 4 months of Clomid!! And headed down the IUI road due to secondary infertility. Lots of highs and lows through it all. My mom’s twin sister passed 5 weeks ago and my sister in law passed last Friday. A baby sent to us from them! So many emotions. Praying for a happy healthy pregnancy! Good luck and baby dust to everyone! There is hope, miracles do happen!
