Ok. Fry bread with blue bird flour is a game changer. All I used was flour, baking powder, salt and water. Oof. It’s soooo good. Best bread I’ve ever made.
Anyone make their own bread in a bread maker? I pulled mine out after not using it for a couple of years & the two loaves that I’ve tried making have failed. I followed the same recipe and process that I’ve always done, but with new flour. Any tips or recipes anyone is willing to share??

Guesstimate 4 cups of blue bird 2ish cups of hot water 1-2 tablespoons baking powder 1-2 teaspoons of salt. Don’t knead too much bread will get tough. Knead until mixed.
