Breakfast out with Mx. 13 after our $600 blood draw 😭🙄. Then back to school.
I hate this country
Holy hell. That’s insane. My godfather has one medication that after insurance still costs him $240. And it’s one he really needs. He stopped taking most of his vitamins because he couldn’t afford it. I think it’s a blood thinner…. He’s got a surgery coming up to have a heart watchman put in so he won’t go broke buying meds.
We have to get these blood tests every 3 months. Plus the cost of their meds and we are at 50k for their inpatient treatment right now. We haven’t gotten all the bills for that yet either 🙄
Yup! I hate it too. I'm still paying my medical bill from last year. Each blood draw was almost $1000.00 each. When I saw that I was like WTF!🤯
It's insanity. :( I was just reading about a 26 year old who died because he came off his parent's insurance, couldn't afford his own plan yet or to pay cash for insulin amd he started to ration it. What the actual hell. But yes, let's keep in-fighting in our government while people go bankrupt or die.
I know where you are, yummy!
