Implantation bleeding or miscarriage?
Been bleeding heavy since Saturday, spotting started Wednesday. Idk how far i actually am bc my appt ain’t until tomorrow. I went to ER they told me my HCG in 300s so I’m either having implantation bleeding or i am going to miscarry or May have since Saturday. I’m going crazy not knowing what’s going on bc i predicted my LMP was 11/22…positive pregnancy tests 12/23 & 12/24 i thought I’d be around 7 weeks by now. Maybe I’m just not coming to terms with the fact I’m losing the baby….first loss ever 😭 anybody have had this happen. Plz state your outcomes whether positive or negative.

I’ve had something like this happen. I ended up having a miscarriage. I was about 7 weeks I went to the ER I was bleeding heavy then spotting then it started heavy again when I went to the first ER my HCG was around 2,000 then later that night I went back and it was 900. I was bleeding for 3 days and in so much pain I knew something wasn’t right. Are you in pain or just bleeding and are you having clots or is it just a flow.? I didn’t have any clots till the 4th day

@ariliyahzihmommy3, personally I would go back to the ER to see if your levels have risen 300 is VERY low to be 7 weeks.

it was a chemical pregnancy but doc says my able to ttc immediately since I’ve stopped bleeding and passed everything out of my uterus

I’m so sorry hun.! I’m here if you wanna talk privately I literally just went through that in the summer it’s hard fingers crossed for your rainbow baby if you do decide to keep trying

My best friend had something like this happen to her. She ended up having some type of hemorrhage I think it was. Her daughter is 8 now.

I'm going to keep my fingers crossed for you, you're not out til you're out. I would prepare for the worse case scenario in this. I think 300 is really low to have had a positive on 12/23 but wonderful things happen when they seem impossible sometimes. Do they suggest you get a second blood test? To see if the numbers are rising?

It was a chemical pregnancy luckily i can try for another one but a loss is a loss and it don’t hurt no different 😔
