Do they help with upper back pain? I'm having the worst pain anytime I sit for more than a few minutes and laying down is the only thing that helps. Tylenol does nothing.

Any helpful advice for me to help ease the pain? I'm pregnant and still breastfeeding my 19 month old, but I cry every time because my nipples are hurting so badly, and my daughter wants to be on them 24/7.

And are you still nursing? If so get baby to nurse as frequently as possible or pump lightly/hand express and massage your breasts to get the milk flowing.
