Every office will be different, when you make your appointment they should tell you what the first appointment will be. I always got an ultrasound at my first appointment.

Theyβll confirm pregnancy. Try to give you an estimated due date. Probably order labs and an ultrasound. Prescribe prenatals. Do a Pap smear.
