Some people get pregnant right off the birth control, some without ever getting a period after they stop the birth control.

I still get a normal period

Like any hormonal birth control it might take a cycle or two to regulate. I suppose you’re likely to get pregnant as soon as you start having a normal period. Don’t confuse withdrawal bleeding as a period though.
