I swear to God I’m so sick of this ignorance.
I’m vaxxed, obviouslyyyy, but I haven’t been able to get my booster yet.
I’m crossing my fingers I stay clear.
I’m gonna call my doctors office tomorrow and hound them about making an appointment.
More importantly, I hope my restaurant doesn’t close down. My goal for 2022 is to become debt-free. I really need to be working. Ughhhhh

I hope you don’t get it 🤞🏼 I just got my booster last week & I’m glad I did. Good luck getting an appt for yours. Do you guys have Safeway there? You can make an appt with their pharmacy through the app. I didn’t do that myself but several of my friends did that.
I’m so tired of this crap, too. I hope your work stays open. People just don’t care how their actions can impact others. It’s so selfish and so ignorant. Good luck, girl!

@jennatess, I was exposed in my very small office. We always mask even though vaccinated and nobody else tested positive! Fingers crossed for you. How are you feeling?

I feel fine! That makes me feel sooo much better! I had a hair appointment for tomorrow but I went ahead and postponed.
I’d rather not risk it, and stay home.
I’d be awful if I actually got her sick & then her new baby.

awe it’s great that you thought of her! I’m sure she appreciates it. I would find out when everyone started feeling shitty and see if you were around them long enough to be considered a close contact.

My MIL is vaccinated, boosted and 70. She took care of my unvaxxed BIL and SIL for a week in her home while they laid in bed with covid and she didn't catch it, so I think your odds are good! I am extremely fatigued with the situation also.
