Quick question: What time is your little onrs go to bed for the night? I am talking about babys from 3 months old. My baby is 3 months and she is going to sleep for the jight at 10pm and the first feed is at 7am and then ahe wakes up at 9am and doesnt go sleep till 12 or 1pm for an hour or two.
Just wondering what others times are, may be i should change her routine 🤔 and qhe should go sleep earlier than 10pm or shall i stay as it is now.

@aleksandravolkova1693 Harlow went down at 11 and that's her just waking now (I can see her on the monitor 😂)
She will have another nap this afternoon around 5 usually but that's only for around an hour
@kerryy23 well my daughter woke up at 2pm from 11am. So I am thinking I will put her down at 6pm again and then 9pm for the night. 🤷♀️ I think 7pm she won't go to sleep for the night she will be waking up and cry
My 5 month old goes down at 8pm. Trying to get it earlier to 7pm though, I made the huge mistake of never getting my son into a bedtime until he was around 2 years old and I swore that was something I wasnt going to do with the 2nd baby. The quicker you can get them into a routine the better xx
So at the moment she goes to bed at 10pm on the dot and sleeps through the night, so she does falls asleep at 7pm and wakes up at 9pm. So if she will fall asleep for example at 7pm or 8pm so what time will she wake up for her first feed? Will she sleep through the night? X
My 7 month old goes down anywhere between 8pm + 10pm depending on her last day nap.
While my sons been off school she's been sleeping in til 9am but I usually have to wake her at 7am for the school run. She loves her sleep 😂
