Yes I have with all 4 of my pregnancies. Your body should either absorb it or you may spot from it.

@h_mother0322, no, i just had some cramps and spotting. Nothing major.

I have with my second, I bled heavily from 6 weeks until shortly after 20 weeks … baby was fine and born perfectly healthy at 38 weeks.
