I'm so glad my daughter's last day was yesterday. Her first year of school and we have had more "threats" in the past 4 months than ever before. I hate it here. School should be a safe place for my child. Now I worry 24/7 for her safety

I truly and deeply hope nothing really comes of this.
We are all in a world of fear and so much hate already with viruses and deaths.

As a school administrator, I can confidently say that tiktok is ruining my life.

I’ve seen more than one post about this on here today. I fucking hate tik tok. I truly hope these are all empty threats. I’d keep my kid/kids home if possible. What a shit show.
If any parents on here allow their kids to actually have tik tok, please rethink your decision. Even without the stupid ass trends, there’s a lot of very false and dangerous info on there. It is not for kids, let alone some adults.

We got the email too. Most parents in our district are pulling their kids for the day tomorrow. We will be out of town so mine aren’t going regardless. These tik tok trends are getting ridiculous.

Such a garbage site, And yes that most parents are getting these warnings. None of us use it but of course other kids may have and talk about it at school.

I got the same email. Time to shut tiktok down if it can’t put precautions in place and monitor what is happening and what’s allowed on the platform.

@outnumbered, stealing data/personal info which was the original reason it was going to be banned. But FB and many others do it so I guess that is ok.
