Does your partner or babys father know how to communicate?

I have never had such a hard time communicating with anyone in my life. I tell him a story and through oht the whole thing hes trying to respond. Respond to who knows what, because its a story. Just like i don't respond or try to talk in the middle of his long ass story's about work. I sit and I listen. Hes a bad listener always has to talk ans interrupts alot thinking he doesnt. Perfect example of "not listening" he goes to the store and doesnt get something that i have reminded him 3x before he went saying innever said anything and then its my fault"because i didnt say anything" wheb i did he just doesnt listen when i speak
