В этом посте хочу написать про витамины, которые я даю сейчас своим детям
✅Из постоянного у нас только витамин Д. Даю по 3-4 капли - это профилактическая дозировка (400 МЕ в 1 капле) . Если пропускаю/забываю несколько дней, то потом даю оптом 3-5 тыс МЕ

✅Пару раз в год по 2 месяца даю рыбий жир, но в рационе рыба у нас тоже есть. Хорошие варианты детской омеги есть у, Nordic Naturals, Carlson labs и ещё мне нравится по составу Oslomega

✅С сентября начала давать железо обеим в профилактической дозировке (15 мг), тк по анализам гемоглобин низковат, но не критично. Не хочу начинать сразу с аптечных средств и с лечебных высоких дозировок, тк возможны побочки и передозировка железом. Хороший вариант на iHerb - Iron up.

✅Цинк Animal Parade - с 3-4 лет для профилактики вирусных инфекций по половинке - курс 3 месяца. При первых признаках простуды даю 2-3 раза в день по целой.

✅Йод в каплях Life flo Health. Мы не употребляем йодированную соль и морскую капусту, поэтому я добавляю в воду 1-2 капли йода (50-100 мкг). Он безвкусный.
