You got Pfizer, right? My husband and I got Moderna and sore arm developed about 8 hours later. Kiddo was probably 6 hours after the shot with a mildly sore arm.. Didn't stop her from typing, painting, writing. She said it hurt but didn't act any differently. My mom, aunt, BIL, niece (12), nephews (13 and 15) all got Pfizer and just had a sore arm for a day and the adults had a bit of a headache too.
Yes we did. My mom said hers hurt a couple hours after and she had moderna. The boys want to spend the night at their grandparents tonight and I wasn't sure to let them or not. They'll just be right next door though.
I would let them. My niece and nephews had no trouble and it will take their mind off it. I swear that if we didn't tell them to expect a sore arm they wouldn't complain. The one thing I do recommend is drink a lot of water, it helps.
My 11 year old keeps asking us how our arms feel haha. I had them pounding in the water and gatorade today before we got it. I'll have them continue tonight.
