I’ve just plugged the babies car seat into the car ready for arrival (with isofix). Charlie is still in a high backed car seat but we are having trouble fitting the both of them in- daddy’s legs are too long to move his seat forward so baby HAS to go behind me, but Charlie can’t get his feet in behind daddy and the babies handle sticks out too much for Charlie’s seat to fit in the middle. Is Charlie now old enough to go in a regular booster seat, so that he can sit in the middle?

I believe it goes on weight but most booster seats I looked at say 4 years plus so he should be fine for one 😊 xxx

It’s all conflicting on line, I always thought they were ok to be in a booster but some sites say it has to have the back on it until he’s 8, others say it doesn’t. I just want to fit these damn kids in the car 🤣

Also statistically speaking the middle seat is the safest for children if their belt is on so you can feel better about that xxx

Ooh really? I can’t see it being an issue, he’s already using a seatbelt so I don’t see what difference it makes having the back on or not 🤷♀️

By 2 are 8 and 4 and both in high back graco boosters. I’m pretty sure they’ve to be in a highback one for quite a while

Some boosters are by weight so yeah if he's over a certain weight he can xx
