Scared and excited for vaccine tomorrow
Confession I’m scared to get the vaccine tomorrow but excited at the same time. I had Covid for Christmas last year i honestly didn’t think i was ever goin to make it. I’m only scared because i don’t know wat my side effects will be but no matter what I’m going for dose 1 tomorrow

I got mine Friday, I got Pfizer. I had a sore arm barely and only last 10 hours no other symptoms I totally forgot I got it to someone ask how i was feeling lol
What has your physician's guidance been? That would be the only advice I would consider if side effects and allergies are a concern for you. Probably I wouldn't even get it until I had that discussion with my personal doctor. Either way, my prayers for your health and well being!!!
I don’t have any food allergies or any medication allergies that I’m aware of. I never had a bad reaction to any medicine
Which vaccine are you getting? I was also really scared but after getting the first dose, I feel more prepared for the second.
@brittany88, I had Moderna, but have heard Pfizer has less symptoms. I was just tired for a couple of days and a sore arm for a few.
I absolutely promise you it's going to be okay. You'll have a sore arm, maybe a headache and you'll be run down for a day. Do you know if you're getting Pfizer or Moderna?

@brittany88 my mom, my aunt and uncle, my brother in law, my 2 nephews, and 2 nieces all got Pfizer and just had a sore arm and felt a but run down. Like they wouldn't have gone for a 4 mile run that day, but they went about their regular day.

I was worried about side effects as well but thankfully they weren’t bad. Especially the first dose was only a sore arm. Try not to tense up too much, it’s super quick and honestly didn’t feel the needle go in. 💪🏼
I agree with not feeling the needle! I wasn’t expecting that at all it was super quick and painless

going back & forth between being nervous & excited about the whole birthing experience.. i think i’m more excited than anything at this point. i’m not even scared for the actual birth, i’m more scared of the contractions beforehand😂 i have a feeling the epidural will be my best friend

My first dose was easy but my arm def hurt for like a day. The second was when I felt more run down, I had some chills and a headache, and was super tired but it lasted only for 12 hours. I got moderna and am getting the booster for it next Friday.
