So I just read my castor oil bottle and it says not to ingest.. do they all say that or did I seriously buy the wrong one 🤦🏽♀️

Nope you aren’t supposed to ingest it and especially being pregnant omgosh the damage is not worth it. It could literally kill your baby and I’m not even joking.

Ya all of them say that I believe. Def don’t drink it, can use it for many other things tho.. I mix my own hair oil with it.
