For me it took 3 months
But I know some people who have had it happen in 1 month of trying

I've had it happen on the pills, 3 months off the pills, then again at 6 months off the pill. Just depends on your body.

Make sure to start a multivitamin or prenatal vitamin then and go get checked for deficiencies because it drains nutrition needed
