Tips on how to get the mucus out of a squirmy baby 😅

So me and both girls have had a cold. My oldest recuperated by day 4 (all she really had was a stuffy nose and occasional headache). I caught it and so far have nasal and chest congestion but that’s it. My baby has only had a stuffy/runny nose which causes her to cough every once in a while. I’ve been giving her zarbees, using a thing that’s basically a knock off nose frida and saline spray, lots of time in a steamy bathroom playing in the extra warm water, and a baby chest rub. Idk what else to do. Her mucus that comes out of her nose is sometimes thick but sometimes like watery. She squirms so much and screams and cries when I suction it. I never get enough of it out because it’s so hard to fight with her and not accidentally hurt her with the thing. My baby is now on day 5 and I just can’t get that nasal congestion under control 😭 no fevers, she’s eating sleeping and playing completely normal, she has improved but just not the nasal congestion. On day 1 and 2 she was sneezing and had really watery eyes that were red and irritated but all of that is gone now.
