it honestly depends for me but my kids are like me and it will be 8pm and everyone's like Mom! It's bedtime! They're such old people. I only stay up when I'm taking shots of tequila with my Husband lol
Bedtime routine starts at the same time every night but if my 5 year old plays quietly in his room instead of sleeping, I’m okay with that and don’t monitor what time he puts himself to bed at. He’s rarely up past 9:30.
It's usually the same as the weekdays, which is asleep by 8:30. We do movie nights and we try to plan the movie to end around regular bedtime but if it goes a little over that's totally fine.
My oldest I tell him max 1am he can be up because he will not sleep if given the option. My younger ones don’t last that long they are asleep by 11pm at least I think to be honest I’m asleep before everyone lol.

On Saturdays we do a movie night after dinner so bedtime is around 8:00. It’s 7:15ish during the week.
