Hey mums bit of a down post but i believe myself to have an mental health issue but im scared to go to my doctor as ive been told so many times that i will get social involved or get my child taken. I feel like i just need a bit of help i believe i have bipolar but i cant diagnose myself so i am unsure and extremely petrified to ask for help and was just wondering if any of you have mental health and how your views on it are im just at a standstill with my mental health and its really affecting my relationship and im just constantly tired and just want to go back to bed as soon as im awake and i dont want to feel that way so if you could give any advice any at all it would be so helpful 😭

I'm just ready to end it all. The pain is too much. I'm starting to have panic attacks everyday. Especially when my kids are sleeping or more so when I'm by myself.
so I have to have a c section...how do I even get ready mentally and physically for this? help!?!? 😢
I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder two years ago so any questions feel free to ask lovely! I’d definitely recommend going to the doctors and hopefully finding something that works for you, whether that’s medication or seeing a psychiatrist! Tell them everything and I promise they will be able to help. After a few ups and downs the past few years with my bipolar I’m finally in a great routine and haven’t felt this happy since before my diagnosis!xx
