I’ve never used the upsring one, but the fenugreek did nothing for me. It made my supple dip badly and it made me smell like maple syrup so bad
I used these. I got 1/2 oz more then usual. But using fenugreek made me smell like syrup which I couldn’t stand.
No but I cook with fenugreek leaves and they are yummy.
