Any tips or ideas I could try with Keegan? He literally cries all day and night! It’s very rare that he doesn’t cry!

Any tips or ideas I could try with Keegan?

He literally cries all day and night!

It’s very rare that he doesn’t cry!

Last night I got MAYBE two hours of sleep.

I have tried gripe water, and gas drops hoping one of the two would help, but neither have.

We have tried switching his formula to see if that would help.

My other two never went through anything like this so I’m not sure what else to do or try.

What kind of formula does he drink?

My son had colic and acid reflux he cried an awful lot he was also tongue tied which made him have a lot of gas 🥴

And sign of lip or tongue tie?

He’s on the similac for spit up.

I think a lot of it may have to do with the formula. Before he was on the similac advance but spit up every time he ate so we switched and he hasn’t spit up but maybe a couple times since switching but he’s getting to where he doesn’t even finish a whole bottle anymore and the crying gets worse right after he eats.

How can you tell if they have a lip or tongue tie? I hadn’t ever heard of them until a girl I know talked about her son having both.

@brittanystewart3042, your doctor can check, make the diagnosis, and arrange for you to have it clipped/lasered. It did wonders for us. My son was still gaining so they didn’t take me seriously but he was insufficient at nursing and still never took a bottle. It was such a change getting it clipped. Definitely work with your doctor, ask so many questions. Try to not switch formula without their supervision and advice bc too abrupt of a change can make things worse. Have you looked up tummy massages on YouTube? Is he gaining weight still?

@brittanystewart3042, I’d have his pediatrician look that’s how I found out my son had one, also maybe ask them some advice on which formula to try, because he could have a possible dairy issue.

My son was like this he ended up being diagnosed with gerd and still now he can't eat alot of food it makes him feel sick. Im sorry your going through this its definitely hard to see them cry all day and night and you can't fix it and your tired.

Have you checked to see if he's allergic to dairy. My daughter screamed for 9 months along with other symptoms but it turns out she was allergic to the formula I was supplementing with.

We haven’t. I’m making him an appointment this week for the doctor to hopefully figure out what’s going on.

I did chamomile tea. When my son was about 5 weeks old because he would cry at night for hours 😭.. within 2 days the crying stopped. Look into it and see if you think that’s a good choice for your baby.

I would def recommend asking a pediatrician if this is safe. Babies shouldn’t typically have formula or breast milk until 6 months old and even then, formula or breast milk should be their primary food.

Honestly have you tried a pacifier? I know it’s taboo but suckling is comforting to them and with my son I was a human pacifier. Also have you met with a lactation consultant? They can check for tongue or lip ties. Keep a good diary to see what you eat that might upset his tummy. I had to cut out dairy completely until my son was 6 months and he gradually grew out of it.

If you’re formula feeding I wouldn’t switch until talking to his doctor!

He takes a pacifier but it doesn’t help any. && I had to completely give up breast feeding. His strictly formula now. We have changed that once already.

I saw this in a group. What's your opinion? Ok ladies y’all help me out 😭so my fiancé asked would I use a strap on him bout two months ago I cringed at the thought. Later I decided to give it a try and my fiancé were trying to spice up our relationship so I tried fingering him in his but . He liked it a lot . So the other night during sex he can’t put the blue with a dildo . I went ahead and we used it on both him and I . So he would lock up in the bathroom which concerns me . So last night we used it again just on him tho . I told him he seem like he enjoyed it a little to much . So I asked him had he been using it on his own he said yes . I asked him how often he said everyday because it feels good . I asked is he gay or thinking about being with a man he said no . But I can’t shake the thought . Am I wrong ?
