Had my 28 week appointment today, she’s booked me a growth scan for Monday morning. Never had any measurement issues with Charlie so I can’t say I understand it, is there any reason for concern?

Yeah red diamond is baby, i was 28 weeks yesterday and yeah she measured with a measuring tape at today’s appointment x

I think usually they’re supposed to be in the purple area going off your chart and following those lines going off that she looks on the smaller side (girls tend to be) but a growth scan is a lot more accurate than when they measure your bump with the measuring tape it could be the way she’s laying etc xx

I do remember seeing people on here say that bump measurements aren’t the most accurate but I wasn’t sure if being 3 weeks out was normal lol. Thanks lovely, hopefully everything on Monday confirms all is well! X

See this is main, the scan was always correcting the midwife measurements, especially the last two ones. 🙄
I would say wait for a scan as the way midwife dose it with the tape is not really acute. All my pregnancy they been sending me for scans, the last one I had today and I told my midwife to book me for it as I couldnt belive that baby would be able to jump this much up in a matter of two weeks. So when I went for scan her two measurements was wrong. X

The chart shows you are measuring small. I think fundal height is a load of bollocks to be honest. It’s a rough estimate but never on the point. I measured massive by that with all of mine and they sent me for growth scans and they said they were all normal size so I wouldn’t worry too much x
