How is this possible in 2 weeks?
Basically i had appointment today and this is will be the third midwife, they keep changing them and they all measure it differently. So this one said my midwife will be fully booked till i am 40 weeks pregnant 🤷♀️🤦♀️ so i have to go see her again in different place as she doesnt work woth this hospital to measure it again, and if anything she will send me for scan again. But i had so many scans again 😫, can it affect my baby by using scans this much?
I really dont understand what are they doing🤔🙄

You're way overthinking it if they had any concerns she would send you for a scan. Midwives are a nightmare for changing I think I saw about 4 in my pregnancy it was never the same one at every appointment. If you are confused about stuff you need to ask them when you are there as they are best at explaining any misunderstandings xx

You know the fact that they just been a mess that's what pisses me off, everyone say different things to each other so that's not really reassuring either to be honest, I gave birth at this hospital with my son and i went through he'll and back they was so messed up, and I feel like I doing the biggest mistake by going for it second time round as they been a mess already, I will probably will change my hospital for birth next week x

@aleksandravolkova1693, ah okay I understand that! Must be difficult for you, we see our midwives at the children’s centres and mines down the road. I have seen a couple different midwives and student midwives to and they do all measure differently that’s why they sent me for a growth scan the last time I was measured. Could you possibly change hospitals? You don’t have long left now so all the messing will soon be over x

i can't wait really, I will speak about changing hospital next week 😊, I remebr from 5 years ago the staff was a mess wheni was giving birth to my son, so nothing have changes really x

My baby seems spot on as far as I understand I am 36 weeks and 36cm so it's good, some one told me this before that you should measure 2 less 2 more then what weeks your now. X

I have never seen the same midwife twice. Every appointment (through both pregnancies) was with a different midwife. If ever they were concerned they would send you to be checked over :) x

I am not worried about the baby, she seems okay. I am worried that they keep moving me different locations I started from one hospital appointments, then moved me to forwar down to different one which is I have yo take two buses now, and now they moving me even forward down. Like come on. I don't this there is only one midwife in the whole maternity unit in their hospital why I have to.move somewhere else to.see midwife again x

you can request to be moved back to the closer hospital, you could tell them that you cant get to the hospital further away :) I had a similar experience with both of my children. The midwives here are so disorganised 😂 x

it's crazy, they making me feel depressed and anxious 😟 about the labour now, as I already had a very bad experience. This pregnancy have been making me going a lot of mixed feelings, some of them I have caused my self by being selfish and some of them my the hospital system and midwife's. So people think I over reacting, and etc, but in reality I am just feel over emotional. Hopefully when baby comes I will all just get back to normal 🥺😪 x

In my area it’s generally the same midwife. My midwife was off the first time on holiday and my second about he was back and I saw him throughout my pregnancy until I was 41 weeks. There was one appointment he was not there because he was in holiday and it was my first sweep I had, but I stay in a village and he’s generally the midwife for the village unless on holiday xx
