I pay out of pocket. With the plan I have, I pay about $220/month with a student discount. It’s still cheaper than most places would charge. I can text my counselor and she’ll get back to me within 24 hrs. Besides that I do one one on one appt per week. You can do that through text, video or phone call.
if you’re looking for something that your health insurance will cover you can look into teladoc or am well. Another online service is talkspace. I’ve been using BetterHelp for almost 2 years. It’s been extremely helpful and worth the money IMO.

Hard to come by but you just have to call around and ask....maybe do a virtual one those will likely have weekend hours
