I lost my dad this last chridtmas eve and his birthday is in 2 days ... right now im just feeling really sad

I’m so sorry 😢 Sept 4th? Happy Birthday to your dad! I lost my brother on Sept 5th last year. His birthday is Christmas eve.

This/His first birthday will be rocky but you will navigate through the day. Feel whatever comes and let go of whatever wants to go. (cry when needed) I spent my brothers birthday with our immediate family and it was beautiful. I wish you peace and many memories for this beautiful day approaching.
