So I know there's some plant experts on here, I'm a succulent collector myself. Most of mine are alive and doing very well other for this. It was doing well for the first two to three months I had it and now it's doing this I don't know if it's under watered or over-watered. I water it about once every two weeks three weeks maybe

Where is it placed? When was its last watering?
Succulents usually do not need much watering but need plenty if bright indirect light (direct for many). They retain water in their “leaves”.
Looks like it is in a plastic pot inside of a terra pot. Plastic holds more water/moister in so you have to go easy on watering too often. It could go many days without needing another drink.
I look and touch the leaves. If they feel soft and not plump as they normally would, I go ahead and water. I use filtered or tap that has been sitting out for 24hrs. Some plants are sensitive to water.
I am 50/50 with succulents and used to kill them easily.
I learned by leaving them in a nice spot and not watering them often helped.
There are many other succulent gals on here that may help👍

It's on a shelf right across from a window where all my other succulents are in doing well, so it's pretty close to the window. I think I may have over watered it, only one of the stalks withered and died the other two are fine. Also I read up a while ago the way to tell that succulents need to be watered is you stick your finger in the soil and if your finger doesn't go through the soil and it's hard and dry on top that they need water. I don't know how true that is but that was on a succulent site
