Maybe a dumb question but how long do you wait for the mammogram results? I need to schedule one, I’m normally quite lumpy to begin with but my obgyn wants to triple check.

There was a doctor on-site that read the mammogram and ultrasound right after we were finished with the scans. I’m not sure if most places are set up that way. It was my fist one.

@hakunamatata09, @riasm85, guess no X-rays…. I thought they would help he wants me to get an MRI and to see an oral surgeon for my jaw and orthopedic doctor for my back……

Good luck. I just scheduled mine today an have appointment next week Monday. Had my first mammogram in late 20s an it was painful for me so hope its not so painful this time around. 🤞🙏

Get it all done in one day! I had a mammogram, mri, and then finally an ultrasound this year. It was all okay in the end, but they saw a 9mm mass on the mri that required the ultrasound to determine I just have lumpy normal boobs. It's stressful as heck and I will be thinking of you. That radiologist needs to just devote an hour to you today. <3

I wish it was all the same tech. I had to go to a different part of hospital. There’s a building for just ‘Breast care’ lol
